State Republicans Looking for a Few Good Candidates

I read with interest their Chair's offer to help any prospective candidates, "We will help you launch your campaign if you will help us fight back." Reminds me of what state Dems did for me. They um raised- no, helped- nah, advised- nope. They signed a paper so that I could run as an endorsed candidate. That's it. I may as well have been an orphan.


Hats off to Rep. Chair, Giovanni Cicione for at least trying. Seems to me the Party has difficulty keeping the few Assembly members that it has, though. It will be interesting in seeing if they can deliver, perhaps even offering a few primaries. Elections with more than one candidate are good for all!
