Representative Trillo Wants Breastfeeding Mothers to Pay Double


"Rep. Joseph A. Trillo, R-Warwick, voted against the measure [to eliminate attendance fees for breastfed children under age one] because, he said, no parent should be bringing a child that young to a public performance, let alone getting a free seat. 'They should be paying double for the disturbance they're creating,' Trillo said."
