Coyotes on Aquidneck Island

I keep hearing complaints about them, esp. around the High St. area. Yeah, I'd be upset if my cat was their dinner, too.

We do have them in my neighborhood by St. George's & the water tower. I figure that my doggies smell keeps them away. There are many dogs here now. I also think that my black cat would be mighty hard to see at night. I have not heard of any complaints hereabouts.

But I have seen them here in the afternoon.
