Thurs., Sept. 27: If any customer brings a JACQUE BENEFIT flyer (forthcoming) on Thursday, September 27th, to Papa Gino’s Pizza on West Main Road, Middletown, 20 % of that customer’s bill will be donated to JACQUE!! I love their crust rustic pizza, so this will be on my agenda! Thank you fellow Speech Therapist, Nancy Ashmore.
Special thanks to "President at Roger Williams University. President Nirschel read the article in yesterday’s Projo about Jacque. We are distressed to learn of what has occurred and her current situation. The university will be sending a check for $1,000 at President Roy J. Nirschel’s request to help get Ms. Gorman home. Having visited Africa to climb Mount Kilimanjaro in January of last year, Dr. Nirschel is very well aware of what that area is like. She will remain in our thoughts and prayers." His secretary (Brenda Littlefield) offered her husband's D.J. services, also. The power of the press!
THANK YOU to Dr. John Lucas, a dear friend of Jacques’ who donated a significant amount to JACQUE’S fund.
Thank you to Maria Dowler for organizing Staff Dress Down Day and Students’ Hat Day, with donations earmarked for GET JACQUE GORMAN HOME Fund!
