Free Massages For Wealthy Rhode Island Taxpayers!

The House yesterday approved tax breaks for those earning over $250,000. R.I.Policy Reporter proposes free massages instead. Thinks it will be cheaper in the long run. I love this idea! Now I just need to find a REALLY, REALLY good paying job...

AHHH! Thank you, Rhode Island taxpayers!

Can you tell that I've been ill for a week & stuck inside? This is a GREAT pasttime for procrastinators like me.

Thanks!

When politicians get massages on my tax dollars, what does that entitle me to receive?

Is it a massage, when they remove my wallet and glad hand me?
