New Inn Opens in Middletown

Check out Matt Sheley's Snooze article for more info on the new "Residence Inn" which just opened off West Main Rd. in Middletown. Businesses like these are good for Middletown as they generate tax money, some of which is directly returned to town coffers & use little.
Rocky Kempenaar, joint owner, has always been generous to Middletown Democrats & also helped out the Whitehouse Campaign by making space available. Rocky almost ran for Town Council, but then changed his mind (darn!). I've met him a number of times, but I must have a most unmemorable face as I always seem to engender a blank look when I see him.
