Health Insurance that's Good for All Rhode Islanders

UnitedHealthCare of New England wants to send $36.8 mill of it's profits back home to Minn. Now if it were R.I. Blue Cross, that wouldn't happen. But giving state workers & others Unitedhealthcare was a great deal. Yep, it was. (Keep repeating that). Awarding a healthcare contract to a vendor which is not under state control & ownership (quasi) was a good idea. Minn. really needs that money. Yup, a great deal.
